oops...

...I've had two really bad days diet and sunbathing wise. We went shopping yesterday and bought 5 packets of icecream if I remember right plus 1 packet of chocolate bars. Yesterday I had 2 chocolate bars, 2 brownie mini icecream sticks and one stracciatella one and 3 sandwich icecreams.. Well at least I cooked; a whole chicken, rice and vegetables baked in the oven. And it was cloudy all day after 11. But at least I did 40 minutes on the exercise bike in the morning...before we went shopping.

Today I was going to start well, but before I even had time to defrost my breakfast ryebread, I had taken out a sandwich icecream.. I suppose I wouldn't even have to say that I had way too much icecrea..and I had the last chocolate bar too (Dave had one) and I also had some jelly with squirty cream. And as proper food, I had yesterday's chicken... And it was cloudy again..

Work's end of the season party

Today we had work's end of the season party/meal. It started at 9 and we started getting food after 10 o'clock, first small pieces of sausage, then about 11 o'clock salad that had a lot of lining, maybe only olive oil. Then beef started arriving after mid night and dessert, chocolate cake with ice cream about 1 o'clock after which a few rounds of chocolate... They eat a bit too late over here... Well at least I cleaned at home before we went, at least I got tiny bit of exercise then :) And I've even got a photo today. Here's the list:

Oh well...

Well today at least I did a bit of exercise while watching House, but the diet..maybe I could eat less icecream and more proper food.. I didn't do any sunbathing today either as the painters from the building site next door finally came to paint our terrace wall and I didn't want to be on their way. Here's the list:

Bad day...

..I even forgot to start listing things down.. I'll try to remember what I've had. In the morning while still at work I had a banana and half a litre of water. Then when I got home I had two Wagon Wheels and a litre of some African tea. Then about one o'clock I had half a pizza. Then we went out and I bought some chocolate in Mercadona and also a tin of nestea. I drank that straight away. When we got home I had 3 bars of chocolate (like mars, just a cheaper version) and 2 ice creams. And half a litre of water. In the evening I had a litre of red tea, trying to get rid of the fat I've had today. And I had an apple too... Oh and when we came home, I also had some strawberries. Do I even have to mention that I've not had any exercise today... I'm going to bed now and I'm hoping to have a better day tomorrow...

Finally a photo

Today I've been sunbathing :) I'm writing this at 6 in the evening so I'm not sure if I'm going to do some exercise today but I do hope to, I'm also going to make some waffles, I got a waffle pan to test from a colleagua, the diet today has been quite fattening anyway. Here's the list

Virus on the computer!

Today I was going to do lots of things; clean, go to the fruit shop, make some decos etc, but about mid day the computer screen just suddenly went black and then the computer restarted. I tried to open the virus program but it wouldn't open, the virus had made it unuseful. About six o'clock I finally got the virus out more than less and I installed a newer version of the virus program. It still warns about the virus, but at least it should be removed before it enters the computer. Here's the list:
